WHY ATLANTYXDesigned for training decisions,
from the evidence up.
Organising training activity is essential. Understanding what performance means — and deciding what to change — requires more than a schedule or a dashboard.
FROM ACTIVITY TO UNDERSTANDINGYour training questions deserve more than counts.
How many sessions were completed? How many hours were flown? Those figures describe activity. They do not, on their own, explain why a pilot struggles or which intervention is appropriate.
Understand the performance
Look at the demonstrated behaviours, the assessment evidence and the conditions in which performance occurred.
Examine the explanation
Distinguish potential individual training needs, programme issues and assessment differences before choosing an action.
Measure the effect
Follow subsequent evidence to assess whether the chosen action helped, accounting for changes in context.
THE QUALITY OF THE EVIDENCE MATTERSAn intelligence layer adds value. Understanding its inputs makes it stronger.
An intelligence layer can reveal patterns in existing data. Reliable conclusions also require understanding how that data was observed, assessed and recorded.
The same grade can hide different evidence
Two instructors may agree on a grade while observing different behaviours. Those differences matter when interpreting performance.
Agreement does not guarantee correct assessment
Consistent grades can still reflect a shared misapplication of the required standard. Context and supporting evidence remain essential.
Frequency is not the whole risk picture
Event counts alone do not determine priority. Potential severity, exposure and operational context also matter.
Atlantyx’s approach connects observation → interpretation → grading → analysis → decision → measurement of the effect.
Three modes. Three levels of intervention.
Choose the scope that fits your organisation. Each mode has its own value.
01 · Intelligence only
Work with exports from your current systems. Analyse the available evidence, identify patterns and make the limitations of interpretation explicit.
02 · Training + Intelligence
Keep your operations software and manage training in Atlantyx. Structure observations, assessments and evidence as they are created.
03 · Complete platform
Bring operations, training and intelligence together. Relate training evidence to the planning and resource context within the same platform.

START WITH YOUR OWN QUESTIONSMove from insight to a decision you can assess.
Start with your available data and a concrete training question. Establish a baseline, examine the evidence, choose an intervention and measure what changes.
